Please note: I have read and understand the policies and agree to abide by them. I accept full responsibility for any damages incurred during use of the Bosco Center. I agree to enforce and take responsibility for proper sanitation procedures and practices among all guests present, as well as adherence to social distancing guidelines as set forth by the State of Kansas and the Federal Government. I also acknowledge and agree that the Church cannot be held liable for transmission of COVID 19 or any illness that may occur while on Church property.

Fee: Parishioners of Sacred Heart Catholic Church do not pay a fee to use the Bosco Center. Non-Parishioners who use the Bosco Center will pay a user fee of $50.00. The outside doors (south and east) shall remain unlocked so that both doors open freely when the facility is occupied. (Fire Code) This usage contract includes the following regulations: 1. All persons must be out of the Bosco center when the agreed-upon time has expired. 2. No smoking. 3. No confetti, glitter or crepe paper is allowed 4. Nailing, taping or hanging things from the ceiling or walls is not permitted. 5. Use of masking tape only for table coverings; no tape may be used anywhere else. 6. You must provide all paper products. (DO NOT USE PARISH PAPER GOODS) 7. The thermostat is located on a column near center of the Bosco center. Move either up arrow or down arrow to adjust the temperature. 8. All trash must be put in the dumpster located near the garage. 9. Wipe up spills on the floor – parish maintenance will mop the floor later. 10. Wash off all tables. 11. Clean up kitchen area. 12. Lock east door from the inside before you leave. The key locks the south door only. The Parish maintenance personnel will inspect the building immediately after the function for damages. Repairs and excessive cleaning will be assessed to the user. *Key to facility may be picked up at the parish office the week of the function. Please return key immediately after event by placing in the DROP BOX slot on the south side of the church. I have read and understand the policies and agree to abide by them.
